2. Payment Processing. All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation, and compliance.
3. Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date.
4. Pricing Changes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

All intellectual property rights in the platform remain the exclusive property of DetailWhiz. You are granted usage rights only and no ownership.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
